L V (Venkat) Subramaniam is STSM & Senior Manager - Knowledge Engineering and Data Platforms, India Research Laboratory, New Delhi, India. He received the B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mysore University, the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University, St. Louis, USA, and the Ph. D. degree in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India. The Knowledge Engineering and Data Platforms theme of his work has been the search for informative patterns in signals that include text, speech, image and others enhanced for different communication channels. He joined IBM Research India in 1998, where he currently leads a team of world class researchers developing the next generation Data and Knowledge Engineering technologies. He is a member of the IBM Academy of Technology and an IBM Master Inventor.He has firsthand experience in implementing knowledge solutions for telecom, finance, retail, pharma, government and entertainment sectors. He also has deep involvement in academics. He is on the Senate of IIIT Delhi since 2013.He has been on PhD thesis committees in IIT Delhi, India, Univ of Maryland, Baltimore County, USA and IIIT Delhi, India.  He has awarded by IBM Outstanding Technical Achievement Award 2015(Market Impact of Social and Customer Analytics), IBM Outstanding Technical Achievement Award 2015(Data Fusion and Analytics), IBM Outstanding Technical Achievement Award 2011 Cleansing as a Transient Service (Data Quality Assessment and Management), IBM Outstanding Technical Achievement Award 2012(Noisy Text Analytics). Danish Contractor is Senior Researcher at IBM Research Lab, New Delhi. His research focused on developing innovative research solutions for many real world applications using Machine Learning & Natural Language Processing in the areas of Education, Tourism, Social Media & Customer Relationship management, Information Management & Noisy Data Cleansing. His research has been incorporated into multiple IBM products and services and has also led to the creation of new offerings such as IBM Watson Enlight for Educators. He is currently working on enabling conversation platforms to learn from human-to-human conversations as well working on problems posed by the challenging task of answering complex multi-sentence questions. He was amongst the top Innovators Under 35 in India awarded by MIT Technology Review and Mint (MIT TR 35 India) in 2018. He holds a masters degree from the University of Cambridge, UK and a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Delhi. He is a member of the ACM Future of Computing Academy.

Monika Gupta is a Research Scientist in the AI for Business Process Automation team, IBM Research. She did her PhD from IIIT Delhi where she applied process mining and machine learning techniques for software process improvement . Her research interests include process mining, business process automation, and applications of machine learning, and deep learning. She was a recipient of the prestigious Prime Minister's Research Fellowship from 2013 to 2017. She has published research papers in various peer-reviewed conferences and journal. She has many patents filed in her name. She got the Best Poster Award in the Gracehopper Conference India 2016. During her PhD, she interned at Infosys Research Labs, Eindhoven University of Technology - The Netherlands, and IBM Research Bangalore. She was awarded Microsoft travel grant, ACM travel grant, IARCS travel grant and GHCI scholarship. She has given invited talks at various conferences, and institutes such as IIT Roorkee, JNU and faculty development program at Delhi University. She has served as organizing and program committee member for many top conferences and journals such as MSR, AI4BPM, IEEE Software, Empirical Software Engineering, SCAM, and Transactions on Cloud Computing.

Dinesh Raghu is a Research Engineer at IBM Research, India.Dinesh completed Masters degree from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. His current research focuses on using deep learning techniques to model dialog systems. His research interest lies in the areas of deep learning, natural language processing and machine learning. He has publications in various international conferences (NAACL, IJCAI, SIGIR, COLING, IJCNLP, EACL).

Dr. Harshit Kumar is a Research Engineer at IBM, India Research Labs. He was also a visiting faculty at IIIT Delhi and IIT Mandi. With close to two decades of experience in projects related to Information Retrieval, Data Mining (Text Mining), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks, Personalized Search, and Semantic Web, his work has been published in conferences and journals of repute, such as AAAI, COLING, DEXA, ICADL, AIRS, UMAP, Information Sciences, and Computing.
